Refund & Cancellation Policy

How refunds and cancellations work when you book a vendor you found on LagnaPrasang, and why they are between you and that vendor rather than between you and us.

The short version

We never take a payment, so we never issue a refund. No money passes through LagnaPrasang at any point — not at enquiry, not at booking, not after.

Whatever you paid, you paid the vendor directly. Their cancellation terms, advance and refund rules are the ones that apply — read them before you pay a deposit, and keep whatever you agreed in writing.

What you can always cancel is anything we do control: an enquiry you sent, a saved vendor, or your account.

1. What this page is

This page exists to make our role explicit. LagnaPrasang is a directory: we let couples and vendors find each other. We are not a party to any agreement, quotation, booking, or payment that happens between them after that.

2. We do not handle payments

We do not process payments, hold advance amounts, run escrow, or take commissions on bookings. No money flows through LagnaPrasang at any point — not at enquiry, not at booking, not at delivery, not after.

Quotations, advances, full payments, and taxes are arranged directly between you and the vendor under whatever agreement the two of you reach. We are not a party to that agreement.

3. Refunds and cancellations

Because we never hold your money and are not a party to your agreement with a vendor, LagnaPrasang cannot issue refunds or process cancellations on a vendor's behalf. Refund terms, cancellation windows, advance forfeitures, and dispute resolution are entirely between you and the vendor and are governed by whatever you agreed with them.

You may always cancel a free action that LagnaPrasang itself controls — an enquiry you sent, a saved vendor in your wishlist, or your LagnaPrasang account — by withdrawing the action or by contacting us.
